Flex Your Future – College and Career Readiness is a structured, student-centered development program designed to equip high school students (grades 9–12) with the clarity, skills, and confidence needed to transition successfully into college, trade programs, the workforce, military service, or entrepreneurship. Developed by TrustInEd, this comprehensive curriculum guides students through intentional phases of self-discovery, career exploration, professional development, financial literacy, and long-term planning. The program moves beyond basic career awareness by helping students build a personalized and actionable postsecondary plan. Participants engage in activities that strengthen career clarity, resume development, interview skills, networking strategies, workplace professionalism, leadership growth, and financial decision-making. Students also learn practical skills related to budgeting, financial aid awareness, credit management, and wealth-building principles. Throughout the program, students develop a structured Career Portfolio that includes: Career research and pathway planning Resume and personal brand development Postsecondary education and training plan Financial strategy and budgeting awareness Professional growth and leadership reflection
